Author Guidelines

Important Notice for Conference Participants:

• Each individual is allowed to submit a maximum of two papers (either individually or jointly, as poster or oral presentation).

• Oral presentations are permitted only for faculty members, graduates, or Ph.D. students.

• Papers submitted by Master’s students or graduates can only be presented as posters.

• All presenters (oral or poster) must register for the conference. However, their co-authors are not required to register.

• Submitted papers must strictly follow the official conference template. (Persian Template – English Template)

• Each paper may include a maximum of five references.

• By submitting a paper, all authors confirm the authenticity and validity of the results and declare that the principles of research ethics have been observed. Submission also implies that all authors have agreed to the submission of the paper to this conference.

• Each submission must be an extended abstract consisting of a minimum of two and a maximum of four pages.
